March 4, 2014 Board Meeting Agenda Item #13 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD RFP #14-0282 FOR REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL SERVICES Description Proposals to provide 'Real Estate Appraisal Services' were received from five vendors on January 28, 2014.  The proposals of Hettema Saba, LLC, and Sewell, Valentich and Associates were the best proposals meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario.  This proposal is for a period of three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  Funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Long Range Planning/Construction Department.  Recommendation That the proposals of Hettema Saba, LLC, and Sewell, Valentich and Associates, to provide 'Real Estate Appraisal Services' in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, be approved as presented.
